Olawale ALIMI, is a Lecturer I in the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Ilorin. He joined the service of the University in 2016 as a Lecturer II since when he has been lecturing various courses in Veterinary Surgery.
His research interest is in bone and muscle regeneration while his clinical interest is in veterinary orthopaedics. He is currently undergoing his PhD degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, United States where he is exploring various approaches to preservation of denervated muscles and restoration of neuromuscular junction. He has published his research in peer-reviewed reputable journals, both national and international. He has also presented his works in both national and international conferences.
